But this isnt the first time this kind of thing has happened...link 2
Sad to hear of the deaths, and i believe there are still people in Yorkshire homeless. I hope it all gets sorted soon.
In the meantime, im just grateful i live on a hill...
Because nothing important ever happens in the south...
Sime finally started moving offices this week. Word to getting a new desk space.
Which got me thinking; is moving house all that stressful? Aside from a relative dieing, its apparently the most traumatic thing you can do. In all, iv lived in 27 different houses in my 24 years of being a human (im assuming i havent had a past life or anything like that...) and iv gotta say, i quite enjoy it. The whole setting up your rooms bit by bit, getting new stuff in, new start - its great.
So why do we find it so stressful? Is it knowing theres no shortcuts? That there is a set amount of work to do, and it all HAS to be done? Or is it that we are creatures of habit - we dislike change, and everything thats involved? Is change always for the best? Can you achieve the same levels of stress by emptying your room, and then moving it all back in? Why when im so hungover am i asking so many questions? And who am i asking them of? Am i talking to myself? Is anyone there?
So many questions, so little time. Actually, iv got loads of time. Maybe ill answer them. Not all of them. Thats too much work. Im going for a sit down.
Sime - word to your hard work ethic. The North loves you, and its got one of these in the fridge for ya.
